Editorial

摘要

It has been a year since our first editorial. We wish to thank the editorial board members for the wonderful and hard work they carried out with a remarkable spirit of scientific scholarship. Unfortunately, our first year also witnessed the passing away of one of our editorial board members: Prof. Siew Meng Leong, from the business school of the National University of Singapore. Siew Meng has been on the IJRM's Editorial Board for more than twenty years. His service and support for 1JRM - as an active and very dedicated reviewer, as a talented researcher who published in IJRM - contributed significantly to the journal's reputation particularly in Asia. As a humble gesture of gratitude, IJRM, together with the former editor, Marnik Dekimpe, contributed to the Leong Siew Meng Memorial Prize set up by NUS.
