The advent of the Internet has revolutionalised the manner in which information is acquired, stored, retrieved and managed. There has also been increased awareness in the laws that govern how information is used and managed. In this new edition the author has put in a lot effort in revising previous editions and researching current trends and issues regarding information management as well as practices. This is evidenced by the addition of three new chapters from the second edition. The book covers comprehensively in its seventeen chapters, relevant information for every stakeholder regarding the law governing information management.
