Women and Entrepreneurship: Female Durability, Persistence and Intuition at Work.

摘要

In this book, Avolio and Radovic-Markovic summarize their respective research within the field of women and entrepreneurship. For the purpose of this review, I will divide the book's chapters into three sections, each containing different focus and writing styles. First, there is a section with an overview of traits and motivations for women entrepreneurs that draws on a study from Avolio's doctoral dissertation. Using data from a case study in Peru, Avolio explores motivations, circumstances and obstacles experienced by now established women entrepreneurs when they first started their business.
