摘要

This paper takes research on comparison of design of multiband Microstrip Patch Antenna (MPA) with different feeding techniques i.e. Line feed technique and Inset line feed technique. To accomplish multiband frequency, proposed finite element method is employed to design the rectangular MPA. The rectangular shapes and a circular slot are meandered on the patch to improve the gain of antenna. The proposed antenna is designed on FR4 Epoxy substrate and can resonate at four frequencies (with line feed technique) and three unique frequencies (with inset line feed technique) respectively between 2 GHz-9GHz in which it is recommended to be useful in S , C and X bands respectively. Along with that the proposed design has improved return loss of 6.8%, gain of 364% with the existing designs in C Band (4-5 GHz).
