Film studio miramax received strong support for its second -ever movie-backed securitisation last week, as investors shrugged off the recent credit sell-off to take up its new bonds, which were priced at a new record low for deals with whole-business backing.rnThe US$250m trade is backed by cash flows from the licensing rights of 700 films and 12 television series that Miramax has owned since 2010 when it split from The Walt Disney Company.rnThe titles included in the collateral were Academy Award-winning "No Country for Old Men", "Chicago" and "Shakespeare in Love," according to a DBRS pre-sale.
