JP MORGAN has confirmed that Win Bischoff has joined the board of JP Morgan Securities, its main legal entity in Europe. He is the lead independent adviser of the oversight committee of the London branch of JP Morgan Chase. From January he will be chairman of JP Morgan Securities, pending board approval, said Daniel Pinto, CEO of JP Morgan in EMEA, in a memo.
