Arab banking corp mandated HSBC, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Natixis and SMBC as bookrunners and initial mandated lead arrangers for a US$500m term loan, marking the borrower's return to the loan market after a seven-year absence. Deutsche Bank, Societe Generale, Standard Chartered Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland pre-committed to the facility as mandated lead arrangers prior to the launch of general syndication on Thursday. HSBC will act as co-ordinating bank.
