Costa group, a fruit and vegetables grower, is planning to raise up to A$637m (US$493m) through an ASX IPO. The company plans to sell a 76% stake at an indicative price range of A$2.20-$2.70 each or at a forecast earnings of 14.8-17.6. Bookbuilding will be done on July 21-22 through joint bookrunners Goldman Sachs and UBS.
