Miner vale has nominated four bookrunners on a US$3bn refinancing. The banks are Citigroup, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole and Sumitomo Mitsui. The facility will refinance an existing credit of the same amount. Vale entered into a US$3bn five-year revolving credit facility in 2011. Credit Agricole, JP Morgan, Mizuho and Natixis led the deal with Natixis as administrative agent. The margin was 65bp over Libor with a 22.5bp commitment fee.
