摘要

The securities and exchange board of india has eased the rules for start-ups raising funds through the institutional trading platform. The platform will also provide an exit route for private investors and venture-capital funds. The lack of such a price discovery platform has previously forced many Indian companies to list in Singapore or the US, Sebi said. In a discussion paper, Sebi said the ITP would initially be applicable for companies that were in the software development and e-commerce fields.
