The enlarged A$1.75bn national Australia bank RMBS last Wednesday via national rmbs trust 2015-1 saw 21 accounts participate. Domestic investors were allocated 57% and offshore 43% of NAB's self-led trade, which was launched at an indicative size of A$750m. The AS1.61bn Class A notes, with 8.0% credit support and a three-year weighted average life, priced in line with guidance at 80bp over one-month BBSW, matching the margin for the Class As from fellow major Commonwealth Bank of Australia's A$2bn sale on February 20.
