UK insurer pgh capital, an unrated subsidiary of Phoenix Group Holdings, has successfully taken the next step in reorganising its liability structure through an exchange offer. PGH Capital announced on January 13 that it was seeking to launch a new December 2025 subordinated note and buy back the £500m perpetual issued by Pearl Group Holdings, a lending silo within Phoenix.
