Australian mining equipment rental company emeco holdings failed to obtain approval for a planned debt restructuring and three-way merger, despite extending creditor talks several times last Wednesday. The company had proposed to merge the business with Orionstone Holdings and Andy's Earthmovers, and then recapitalise the combined entity.
