Biotech pharnext has priced its €30.9m IPO on Euronext's Alternext junior market and begins trading this Monday. Despite launching bookbuilding with an offering of 3.03m primary shares that could be upsized to 3.49m shares in the base deal, just 2.85m shares new shares were placed in the flotation. Of that, 93.5% went to institutional investors, with the balance going to retail.
