A pair of issuers announced sterling taps last week, with kfw raising £500m on Friday and the UK dmo mandating banks for a tap of its 0.125% November 2065 index-linked Gilt. KfW was expected to increase its 1.375% February 2021s by £150m, but the final book of more than £765m, plus £275m of joint lead manager interest, saw the deal size increase. The add-on was larger than the underlying transaction, which now totals £800m.
