Australian financial adviser stateplus has moved further down the road towards an IPO of A$1bn (US$714m) with parent company SAS Trustee looking to appoint a second joint lead manager. SAS Trustee has already appointed Macquarie as joint lead manager and has now issued a request for proposals to mandate a second, according to a source close to the proposed IPO. Reunion Capital Partners is advising StatePlus. A listing on the ASX is expected to follow this April or May.
