Frozen potato product company acristo group has amended its existing term loan and revolving credit facility, increasing the financing to €222.964m. The financing, which is for holding company Imsto NV, carries five and six-year maturities and comprises existing facilities and new facilities to finance the further expansion of the company's production facilities in Belgium.
