Australia's motorcycle holdings is raising A$67m (US$52m) from a rights issue partly to fund the acquisition of parts supplier Cassons. The motorcycle dealership priced the 11-for-24 renounceable rights offer at AS3.85 per new share, a 6.3% discount to the theoretical ex-rights price. Morgans has fully underwritten the offer.
