Deutsche bank and South Africa's nedbank have teamed up to jointly provide primary equity and debt capital markets services to corporate, public sector and institutional clients in South Africa and other markets in sub-Saharan Africa. The banks said the cooperation will include ECM activities, including the management of initial public offerings, rights offers and placements; equity-linked capital markets activities; and international DCM activities, including investment-grade and sub-investment grade Eurobond offerings.
