New York to benefit from Brexit: London business could head to US rather than EU

New York's financial services industry could be the biggest winner from Britain's departure from the European Union, rather than any city within the EU, according to ubs chairman Axel Weber. Weber said the Swiss bank would have to move 1,500 people from London to an EU destination in order to retain full passporting rights across the EU. That would be more than a quarter of its current 5,500 staff in London.
