Israel eyes return

Israel is planning to bring its first euro deal in around three years as it seeks to reconnect with its European investors and take advantage of an opportunity to broaden its buyer base. The issuer is set to market a 10-year deal on Monday and Tuesday in Europe and the UK, with a sale potentially coming as early as Wednesday. As part of its marketing strategy, Israel is also contemplating bolting on a further, longer dated tranche if there is sufficient investor demand.
