KBS Realty plans return to SGX

Singapore Exchange has found favour with US-based commercial property owner KBS Realty Advisors, which is readying a second commercial REIT in as many years. KBS US PRIME REIT plans to raise about USS1bn in a Singapore IPO as early as October, more than twice the US$448m Keppel-KBS US REIT, a joint venture between KBS Realty and Singapore's Keppel Capital, pulled in last year when it listed in the city state.
