The first EMEA IPO of 2018 got underway on January 1. The float is a Saudi REIT and Al Rajhi Capital's latest fund. The target is to place 42.67m shares at SR10. Proceeds of SR426.7m (US$113.8m) compare with a total size for the REIT of SR1.62bn. Subscription began on January 1 and runs to January 14 through Al Rajhi Bank and the fund manager.
