Louis Dreyfus wraps up sustainability-linked deal

Netherlands-headquartered merchant and processor of agricultural goods louis dreyfus has completed a US$650m revolving credit facility in Asia with a margin based on a sustainability-linked mechanism after attracting 26 lenders in general syndication. The financing, which is for Louis Dreyfus Co Asia, renews LDC's previous three-year US$534m Asia RCF that was used for investments, refinancing, capital expenditure, working capital and general corporate purposes.
