Barclays' Thomas leaves to head green finance body

Barclays' head of green banking, Rhian-Mari Thomas, is leaving the bank to become chief executive of the Green Finance Institute, which launches in July to champion sustainable finance in the UK and overseas. Thomas was appointed to a new role in September as Barclays' head of green banking, and was also the founder and chair of its Green Banking Council, overseeing green finance strategy.
