Chief executive of MUFG Securities EMEA John Winter will remain in his position, according to a spokesperson, while MUFG has offered voluntary redundancy to all managing directors and directors in its London office. Former Barclays banker Winter, who is also head of MUFG Bank's global corporate and investment banking business in EMEA, joined the Japanese bank on April 1. He replaced David King, who was in charge of MUFG Securities in EMEA for nine years.
