The first batch of listings on Shanghai's new tech board is set to include China's first IPO from an unprofitable company. The Shanghai Stock Exchange said on Friday that it had agreed to review applications from nine IPO candidates, including hejian technology (suzhou), a semiconductor foundry owned by Taiwan-listed United Microelectronics Corp.
