Pfizer hands Allogene CAR-T keys

ALLOGENE THERAPEUTICS, a promising developer of cancer drugs, is targeting a US$2bn valuation on its IPO this week, just six months after PFIZER sold the business. The offering would mark the pharmaceutical giant's 19.3% remaining stake at roughly US$400m, with another US$1.2bn possible through milestone payments and even more from royalties down the road.
