Chinese Chemical Fiber Industry Moves to the West

For years the booming Chinese chemical industry has been facing growing structural problems. To solve these problems, the industry may start to restructure and move to the West, said executives of Chinese associations in a forum held last November in Fuling, Chongqing, in the western part of China.
