Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) Nov. 16 teamed up with government leaders and private and nongovernmental entities from around the world to form a coalition dedicated to building a global green economy.rnCalled R20, the group will work to fast-track development and implementation of low-carbon and climate-resilient projects through cooperation of subnational-state, local, and regional-governments.
