European Commission Publishes Action Plan To Bolster Manufacture, Use of Cleaner Cars

The European Commission April 28 outlined a comprehensive plan to promote the manufacture and use of clean, energy-efficient vehicles in the European Union.rnThe measures, contained in a 40-point action plan, add up to a blueprint of steps to be taken by the Commission in the next few years.
