Environment Canada on Feb. 13 published final regulations to maintain the alignment of Canadian requirements for on-board engine diagnostic systems in heavy-duty vehicles with current rules in the United States and ensure that the vehicles meet regulatory requirements covering emissions of smog-forming pollutants.
