Benefit Comparison of Cotton/Viscose (65/35) versus 100% Cotton Printed Woven Fabric

In this paper, a study was made of the comparative benefits of 100% cotton and cotton/viscose 65/35, and the comparison was evaluated by testing and comparing various fabric-utility aspects, cost analysis and aesthetic aspects. Blending of viscose fibre with cotton increases the colour depth, shade brilliancy, print sharpness, softness, bounce, drape, lustre, etc, and even leads to around 15% lower process cost than 100% cotton fabric.
