Russian deal completed

Carlsberg has taken full ownership of Russia's largest brewer, Baltika Breweries. The brewer said that it has acquired the remaining shares in the Russian firm it did not already own through a compulsory purchase. Baltika Breweries has factories in ten Russian cities.
