>Finance Britvic said that it will pay US$66.8m for Bela Ischia. Bela Ischia competes in liquid concentrates and RTD juice. The brewer said organic operating profits were up 5% in calendar 2016, with organic sales climbing by 2%. The organic growth follows a cost-cutting programme implemented at the end of 2015 to stem losses from Carlsberg's core Russian market and the loss of SKUs in UK supermarkets.
