BSI Management Systems to certify railway standard

IRIS is a quality standard unique to the rail way sector and ensures that components and services supplied to the Original Equipment Manufacturers meet stringent requirements. IRIS is a scheme led by the Association of European Railway Industries (UNIFE), supported by system integrators and equipment manufacturers. BSI is a pioneer of the original quality management systems standard, ISO 9001, and will add its support and considerable international experience to this excellent initiative in the rail sector.
