The annual golf match between the Scottish and North East Scotland Branches was contended at Drumoig Golf Course in Fife on 16 May in typical east coast conditions, sunny but windy. A new team prize was introduced this year, The Brian Murray Trophy, in memory of the Scottish Branch stalwart who tragically passed away not long after competing in last year's match. A fine cup was donated by Brian's family: wife Sandra and children Stuart and Donna. It was a poignant day for all but the golf was played in the usual convivial fashion. The Aberdonian bandidos prevailed and captain Bill Brown was presented with the trophy by Stuart Murray, Brian's son.
