The Defense Department should scale up three existing corporate engagement programs to help accelerate innovation, according to new recommendations approved by an influential advisory panel. The Defense Business Board approved these recommendations from a task group that noted these programs would "offer tremendous opportunity to 'jump start' culture change inside DOD," according to a presentation made at a July 23 board meeting.
