摘要

The phase composition of massive titanium preforms obtained using oxidative constructing of thin-walled ceramics (OCTC) selected from the exponential section of the kinetic oxidation curve is investigated. It is demonstrated with the help of X-ray phase analysis (XPA) that the phase composition of the preform at the oxidation temperature of 875℃ represents a number of oxygen- and nitrogen-based solid solutions.
