Lipogen offers PS fortification for dairy products

Lipogen, Ltd., Israel, launched its latest, improved formula of Lipogen PS phosphatidylserine functional ingredient at the IFT show, Anaheim, California in June. The improved Lipogen PS is specifically designed for functional dairy milk and yogurt drinks. The new formula also is now offered to producers of functional milk powders, as it can be easily applied to dairy premixes, in blending or other milk processing.
