International collaboration the key to optimising food production

The food industry is facing major challenges to produce healthy, nutritious, high quality food in a sustainable manner. Learning from our counterparts across the world is one way in which solutions may be found. To this end, Campden BRI is delighted to have recently signed a collaborative agreement with KFRI (the Korea Food Research Institute), based in Kyonggi-do just outside Seoul in South Korea.
