Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) will showcase the new addition to its CLARISOY? range of transparent isolated soya proteins at Health Ingredients Europe 2012. The world's first vegetable-based protein to offer clarity and complete protein nutrition for beverage applications, CLARISOY 150 is being brought to European manufacturers for the first time at this year's show.Ideal for use in meal-replacement and weight-management products, CLARISOY 150 has been specially processed for use in beverages with a pH of less than 4.0 with cloud systems or beverages neutralised to a pH of 7.0 or higher.
