Galactic strengthens its R&D capacity with the acquisition of Eurobiotec

Galactic continues its strategic expansion with the recent acquisition of Eurobiotec, a platform for innovation in biotechnology. Situated at the Erasmus industrial and scientific park in Brussels, which belongs to the SDRB (Society for the Development of the Brussels-Capital Region), the Eurobiotec building will become a new R&D centre for Galactic. "This acquisition will enable us to boost our research efforts in the field of fermentation" says Frederic Van Gansberghe, Managing Director of Galactic.
