High-fibre foods have been a topic of discussion in industry and among consumers for years. But after new findings on intestinal health, GoodMills Innovation set out to discover a dietary fibre 2.0 - and found it. Anyone who wants to do something positive for their intestines and, therefore, their health should eat fibre. It has a satiating effect, stimulates intestinal peristalsis, is important for the energy supply of the intestinal cells, helps to avoid blood sugar peaks after meals and, according to studies, may lower cholesterol.
