Twenty-year dreams

If you are keeping track, this is article No. 240. This may not be significant to you, but it is to me. I can still remember when I was asked to write my "Is Quality Dead?" article for what was then Industrial Engineer magazine. That invitation led to 20 years of monthly commentary on a wide variety of industrial and systems engineering topics. During those 20 years, I have had many of my dreams answered relative to work and workplace improvement. Unanswered dreams remain, however.
