Asansol Division: Eastern Railway FULLY AUTOMATIC APP BASED VALVE SYSTEM

摘要

To scrap the requirements of valve man for valve operation and water distribution in colonies and stations, the concept of APP based automatic valve operation system has been developed. In this system, sensor based valve are installed on each pipe going to specific railway colony and station which will be operated through app and opening/closing time of valve can also be fixed through app. This system has been installed at Jamtara railway station & colony in which 6 valves are installed for different water pipe lines for water distibution in addition to conventional type valves. All valves are connected through one software based main control board which can be operated through GSM based signals or through any internet service. The system is connected through inverter (10 W batteries) for 24 hr uninterrupted power supply.
