Folded Yukawa interaction potential model description of heavy ion elastic scattering

摘要

The surface interaction potential obtained from the knowledge of the nuclear densities and effective interactions is reviewed. The corresponding ion-ion potential and its theoretical estimates with special reference to Folding potentials, proximity potentials are discussed. The comparison of Folded Yukawa interaction potential with other phenomenological potentials in the decription of Heavy ion elastic scattering is presented with reference to the standard woods-saxon form.
