摘要

FePt alloys have been electrodeposited from a stable bath containing Fe complex. Properties of FePt films are affected by post-annealing conditions. Changes of the annealing atmosphere from vacuum to H{sub}2 bring about the improvement of the L1{sub}0 FePt properties because of the reduction of Fe oxide in the as-deposited films. The coercivity of 6 kOe is achieved by postannealing at less than 400 ℃ in H{sub}2. This FePt alloy is uniformly embedded into anodic alumina-nanoholes, forming the excellent L1{sub}0 ordered phase.
