Dan W. Pope, Jr. is general manager of the Tri-Dam Project in California. Pope replaces Steve Felte, who retired.rnFelte became general manager in January 1998. Before that, he was generation manager for the Paradise Irrigation District and Calaveras County Water District in California. Felte provided strong leadership and direction in managing Tri-Dam's efforts through the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) relicensing process for its 11-MW Beardsley, 72-MW Donnells, and 18-MW Tulloch facilities, Pope says. Tri-Dam received new FERC licenses for these hydro developments in 2005.
