摘要

The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) has tightened up requirements for low-income housing tax credit projects seeking additional credits under the state's 2008 qualified allocation plan (QAP). In 2006 and 2007, owners could apply for additional 9 percent tax credits under the application process provided in the QAP for the year in which a project is placed in service if additional credits were necessary to make the project financially feasible due to significant unforeseen cost increases.
